CerAImic: Where theory becomes instinct.
During my NLP Practitioner course, I noticed something troubling: the classroom practice felt great, but when I tried applying techniques in real situations, I'd get so focused on identifying patterns; like Meta Model structures, that I'd lose track of what was actually said and lose genuine connection.
I actively explored this gap by writing articles about NLP practice and trying out different methods. I even started using AI to generate statements for me to solve and answer as a way to practice the theory. By talking to other students online, I soon realized this wasn't just my problem, it was something deeper: Students don't need more understanding. They need deliberate, structured practice until the techniques become instinctive, not analytical.
CerAImic is an interactive practice platform for NLP Students. You'll practice Meta Model recognition, Milton Model replies, and core NLP techniques until they become second nature, so you can apply them fluidly in real conversations without losing connection.
My plan is to use this fluidity further, I am exploring simulated practice sessions with an AI Patient and structured feedback from an AI Coach, so you can practice in realistic scenarios without the pressure of real clients.
Crucially, all this takes place in a safe environment where making mistakes is allowed, so you can grow your confidence without the pressure of a real-life conversation or client.
My background as a Technical Consultant taught me to solve problems systematically. I validated this gap through a LinkedIn poll: out of over 1,000 respondents, approximately 70% reported experiencing the exact same practice challenges and confirmed they would use a dedicated training tool.
That overwhelming response led to action. I've been investigating best practices, talking extensively with NLP coaches, and building the core application in my spare time alongside my day job.
NLP Practitioner courses often cost €1,800 or more. It's a significant investment. Yet many students struggle to turn that theory into a usable skill set they can apply with confidence, both for themselves and their friends, family and eventually with clients.
The practice gap means students spend too much time practicing without structure, often losing momentum and interest before they reach true fluency. Without confidence, most are not confident enough using their skills in real life and trying to help others.
The certificate on the wall is only the start. The true return on your NLP investment isn't knowledge, it's confidence. I created CerAImic to help people in their journey. My goal is simple: transform abstract theory into instinctive practice, and build unshakable confidence. This ensures you maximize your investment and, more importantly, creates more people genuinely able to help others.
I'm currently in the build phase, working with a few NLP coaches to refine the core mechanics before expanding the full scope of tools. This PoC approach ensures we get the fundamentals right.
I'm fully open to shaping CerAImic based on what NLP students actually need. That's why I'm building this with the community from day one.
